20% off merchandise orders totaling $1,000 or more before discounts, tax, and delivery. Ignition upgrades count toward the threshold and receive the discount. The discount is automatic, with prices rounded to the nearest cent per unit, and cannot be combined with other offers. The final discounted merchandise total and delivery charge appear before payment; applicable tax is calculated in checkout.
OUR Rescue (ourrescue.org) is a nonprofit working to end human trafficking and child exploitation while supporting survivors as they rebuild their lives. Its work includes support for law enforcement operations, training and technology, trauma-informed survivor care, and education to help prevent exploitation.
Black River Tables pledges 10% of paid merchandise sales after discounts from website orders to OUR Rescue (ourrescue.org). Tax, delivery, cancelled orders, and refunded amounts are excluded. Black River funds and remits this donation; checkout does not automatically transfer money to OUR Rescue. Customers pay no additional donation charge, and purchases are not customer charitable contributions. This is Black River's independent pledge and does not imply a formal partnership or endorsement. The pledge applies to orders placed while this offer is displayed and remains our responsibility after the offer ends.
Full payment, applicable sales tax, and the selected delivery charge are collected through secure checkout. Card orders are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency payment is available only when offered at checkout; these orders are processed by BitPay and require blockchain confirmation. An order is accepted after payment clears and Black River Tables confirms the configuration, delivery access, and production schedule. If we cannot safely or reasonably fulfill the order, we will refund it through the original provider where available.
For fire tables, customers are responsible for selecting propane or natural gas and the desired ignition package. Natural-gas connections and any required electrical work must be completed by qualified local professionals. Smart app ignition requires compatible power and Wi-Fi and includes flame-sensing shutoff hardware. River tables are non-fire furniture and do not include gas or ignition components.
A paid order may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund if materials have not been committed. After that period, approved refunds may be reduced by nonrecoverable material, fabrication, freight, and payment-processing costs. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled after fabrication has substantially begun.
Made-to-order and customized tables are final sale except for verified damage, defect, or a material difference from the confirmed order. Any standard, unused, uninstalled item accepted for return requires prior authorization, must be reported within 14 days of delivery, and may be subject to return freight and a restocking charge disclosed before authorization.
Curbside delivery does not include placement, assembly, utility connection, or disposal of packaging. Inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and report damage with photographs within 48 hours so a carrier claim can be opened.
Black River Tables warrants its fabrication workmanship for one year from delivery under normal residential use in the setting specified for the product: outdoor use for fire tables and indoor use for no-flame river tables. Burner, ignition, valve, and accessory components carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Normal material variation, weathering, misuse, improper installation, freeze or water damage, and failure to follow care instructions are excluded.
We use customer information to calculate tax, process payments, fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, answer requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Card information is handled by Stripe, and cryptocurrency payment details are handled by BitPay; Black River Tables does not store card numbers or wallet credentials. Public blockchain transactions may be visible by design. We do not sell customer personal information.
