Effective August 16, 2026. These terms apply to purchases made through BlackRiverFirePits.com.
Orders and payment
Full payment, applicable sales tax, and the selected delivery charge are collected through secure checkout. Card orders are processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency orders are processed by BitPay and are not accepted until the invoice reaches the required blockchain confirmation. An order is accepted after payment clears and Black River Tables confirms the configuration, delivery access, and production schedule. If we cannot safely or reasonably fulfill the order, we will refund it through the original provider where available.
Fuel and ignition
For fire tables, customers are responsible for selecting propane or natural gas and the desired ignition package. Natural-gas connections and any required electrical work must be completed by qualified local professionals. Smart app ignition requires compatible power and Wi-Fi and includes flame-sensing shutoff hardware. River tables are non-fire furniture and do not include gas or ignition components.
Changes and cancellations
A paid order may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund if materials have not been committed. After that period, approved refunds may be reduced by nonrecoverable material, fabrication, freight, and payment-processing costs. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled after fabrication has substantially begun.
Returns
Made-to-order and customized tables are final sale except for verified damage, defect, or a material difference from the confirmed order. Any standard, unused, uninstalled item accepted for return requires prior authorization, must be reported within 14 days of delivery, and may be subject to return freight and a restocking charge disclosed before authorization.
Delivery and damage
Curbside delivery does not include placement, assembly, utility connection, or disposal of packaging. Inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and report damage with photographs within 48 hours so a carrier claim can be opened.
Limited warranty
Black River Tables warrants its fabrication workmanship for one year from delivery under normal residential outdoor use. Burner, ignition, valve, and accessory components carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Normal material variation, weathering, misuse, improper installation, freeze or water damage, and failure to follow care instructions are excluded.
Privacy
We use customer information to calculate tax, process payments, fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, answer requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Card information is handled by Stripe, and cryptocurrency payment details are handled by BitPay; Black River Tables does not store card numbers or wallet credentials. Public blockchain transactions may be visible by design. We do not sell customer personal information.
